The adidas Samba OG Collegiate Green adds a simple, retro-inspired colorway of Collegiate Green and Cloud White to the Samba OG silhouette.
Originally designed as a soccer cleat, this iteration of the Samba OG features a sleek silhouette with minimal padding. Cloud White covers the full-grain leather upper, while splashes of Collegiate Green decorate the large serrated 3-Stripes logo and leather heel tab. The bold green of Collegiate Green is reminiscent of college sports colors and gives the shoe a retro appeal. adidas branding graces the tongue and sockliner, but the gold foil “SAMBA” is the standout feature for us.
Our experts like the light beige hue applied to the suede toe overlay because it breaks up the pure Collegiate Green and Cloud White upper without distracting from the design. The adidas Samba OG Collegiate Green was released on March 1, 2024.
